POTUS confirms they are considering some kind of early release for non-violent offenders in federal prisons ... if they need the room ;)

Wrong.

They are thinking about releasing non-violent offenders OVER THE AGE OF 60. Not about the room, more about containing and avoiding the WuTang Flu in an imprisoned population (and for the at-risk inmates).
