Sounds like your assumption does not believe God has priorities, too.
God has no need for 'priorities', He is omnipotent and therefore can uphold the universe, dispatch angels to battle Satan, sustain His Church and all its saints, answer billions of prayers, create new saints and chew gum @ the same time.
