My two cents worth- I do NOT hear POTUS say the word “you”.
I DO hear him say “Should’ve let us, should’ve let us know”.
This is NOT a statement directed at SEC Pompeo, if that is what is being contended by the original poster.
Not buying it if so.
The demeanor of each man does not support this contention either.

In a previous briefing POTUS said- “WE know where it came from, and THEY know where it came from.
So, it looks like either SEC Pompeo is saying China was conducting a live exercise and the COVID19 got released into the environment, OR- the United State’s RESPONSE to the COVID19 is the live exercise, which is at the least, a very odd thing to say about OUR response.
Whether this was an accident or an intentional act (of war) remains to be seen.
Intentional, or unintentional, it is having the same effect. China owns it, and must pay an extreme price for the act. PERIOD!
