Was Bush 41 in the CIA when it happened?

A lot of the Bush history is in the video. He was in Skull and Bones at Yale, and went to running a private oil and gas exploration company, that happened to be located off the coast of Cuba when the Bay of Pigs happened. Was with CIA officially shortly after that. Probably with CIA when running the gas company.
