All have substance abuse issues
Not sure which is most prevalent
Booze
Meth
Heroin
Or all three....this is what the homeless are
Some crazy
Most are drug and booze addicts who choose to camp out and stay high
And churches and leftist groups enable them
I deal with this a lot unfortunately
Politicians won’t do squat

I’m sure the number of homeless has grown since they started encouraging it.
