Daniel Horowitz of Conservative Review made an interesting observation on March 16, 2020.
He tweeted, “Nearly the entire outbreak in NY came from a traveler from Iran, a place that was supposed to have a travel ban, but thanks to lower courts continuing to militate against Scotus decision, it was rendered moot. “

We were saying basically the same thing. Washington state, New York (mostly NYC), and California. Blue states. The RATs will lose some voters and right now are re-tooling and beefing up their cheating plans for November.

This is misleading.
The Iran travel ban the author is referring to, is the one put in place back in 2017 (I believe). It had nothing to do with the virus. The travel restrictions regarding COVID-19 and Iran, were put in place on Feb. 29th (I believe), a day before the AP announced that this woman traveler was diagnosed with the virus (Mar. 1). Those 2 things are not related. She returned before the COVID-19 ban was put in place.

In the time since 9-11, my feeling of “Never Again!” has changed more into “never again will I give a crap what happens to New York.”

That’s true. In fact, cemeteries have been the RATs’ most loyal voting precincts.
These court rulings were not on the Coronavirus emergency actions but the ones previously set by the President back in early 2017, that were not heard by the SCOTUS until June 2018, when they allowed the president’s actions.
If the 2017 ban was fully in effect you wouldn’t need a second ban. But I believe the lower courts chipped away at some of the provisions.

Congress fails to do its oversight job whether controlled by Republicans or Democrats. How many impeachments of federal judges occurred when John Boehner and Paul Ryan sat in the House Speaker chair? The same number as under Pelosi — zero. Judges are unaccountable.
I don’t know what Hororwitz shows her connection to the Synagogue in New Rochelle, that had the largest single initial cluster. For Horowitz point to be valid, her have to show a connection from the traveler to Iran to the folks in New Rochelle.
And yet Trump will be blamed for it.
