I think it is people no longer buying breakfast at restaurants all of sudden buying eggs at grocers/big box retailers that didn’t before.

I have also noted my residential Internet service bogging down in mid-afternoon - likely from all the new demand from folks at home tele-working.
I wonder what other shifts in demand or utilization will occur because of the new patterns?
Definitely, traffic is much lighter. Is fuel demand going to slump?
I guess that across the board, a lot of what people used to eat in restaurants, they will be looking to buy to make it at home.
