I find it kind of interesting that the Book of Mormon has MORE evidence for the TRINITY than the KJV of the Bible does!!

Tell me again why Mormonism is so great.

LOL. It’s NOT great. It’s a false religion. I don’t care if there are 7 billion of them, it’s still a false religion. Notice how some false religious cults try to use numbers, to legitimize their false religion? Sorry, I am not buying what they are selling.
I will not accept any other book, except the Bible. Not the Book of M, the pearl of great price, doctrines and covenants, the Koran, the writings of Mary Baker Eddy. None of them. Then, there are other false religions, who claim to use the Bible, but I end up disagreeing, with 95% of their opinions. I wish they would all repent, and believe the truth, but most don’t believe in the real gosh, and will end up in heck. 👎 I don’t understand, why people prefer false religions, over the truth.

Good work bro. Thanks for exposing Mormonism, for the false religion that it is. 👍

One more point of clarification. The Book of Mormon, may very well do that. We know that the Mormon trinity is NOT the Trinity of the Bible. It’s a false Father, a false Jesus, and a false spirit.
Satan’s biggest weapon, is deception. He has been somewhat successful, in populating the world with deception, otherwise known as false religions. 😔

Pride of self is so deep it rules unaccounted for. In Eden, Eve was duped because satan could appear to her pride of self 'she would be as a god know good and evil'. Satan was able to convince her that what God told them was not completely true ... 'Thou shalt not surely die' ... satan knew the death would be spiritual not physical right away.

Think of a watch face that glows when a strong light is shined on it. The glow is sort of like how Adam had the life of God showing in him. But when he sinned, defying what God told him not to do, the shine left him and Eve. Satan knew the shine would depart and they would still be physically alive, in sin. Satan appealed to Eve's pride of self. He did the same with Adam, but approaching it from a different direction.

Why is it ... that you claim to be such a better Christian ....

and yet your posts are completely void of any Christian values, charity, understanding?

In fact your posts are completely contentious which is generally found in the spirit of the adversary.

If you are a Christian ... I suggest that you learn to act like one.

If you have no interest in acting like a Christian .... maybe you should just drop it .... because God likely doesn’t view you as one either.

Godly people have the Holy Ghost with them .... and I’ve never read any evidence in your posts that you are even trying to have the Holy Ghost in your heart.

God and Christ oneness of purpose is often described as ‘being one’. That is the definition of the Godhead.

The Trinity oneness is ‘Homousis’ 3-in-1, 1-in-3.

It would be wonderful if you actually used this as a lesson to improve your knowledge....

...yet, I know that you’ll use any slander, any ineuendo, any distortion, any untruth you can because you are not interested in truth.

You are only interested in contention .... not Christ, not the Holy Ghost, no becoming Christ-Like.

And you are succeeding very well.

Saul. The reason why you no longer want to converse with me is because I tell you what you know deep in your heart.

That you do not rejoice in Christ. That you rejoice in conflict. That you rejoice in the feeling of power by trying to destroy other peoples sincere beliefs in Christ.

You also dislike it when I explain to you .... that God will hold you responsible for every slander, every character assassination; every devious innuendo; every smear; every devious manipulation.

God and Christ know where your heart is.

Matthew 7:21-23

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Please feel free to gnash-your-teeth and writh with rage upon hearing this truth.

Your son sounds like he has an exciting career.

You don’t agree on any spiritual issue with me?

I’m sorry to hear that, as I would have thought that you also love our Eternal Father in heaven,

......and seek to worship him through the example set by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ

...... and that God has called on us to love our fellowman and treat them like we would like to be treated

....... and that we should be honest, and faithful in all of our dealings with our families, neighbors and fellowman

....... but, I guess you don’t believe in any of that sort of thing.

Here’s a question.

Do you believe that it is important for followers of Christ to seek ‘christ-like’ attributes?

It’s a main theme of my church .... although frankly it seems that is not important to many people who claim Christianity here on FR.

Yes, my son has an exciting Air Force career. I never liked officers myself, so I told him not to be an enlisted career man like I was. I was treated like garbage my entire 20 year career, mostly by commissioned officers. Oh well, it’s all in the past.
I probably DO agree with you on a few issues. I think we are both law abiding citizens, who try to help our fellow man, and take care of our families. It’s spiritual issues, where I doubt we have ANYTHING in common. I said already, I will not, under ANY circumstances, accept ANY other writings, including the Book of Mormon, Koran, or anything else out there. ONLY the Bible. Now, I saw you put out many Bible scriptures. Fine. The problem is, I disagree with about 98% of your interpretations. I do not agree, that we were spirit babies on some star base. We were not. Jesus was not the brother of Lucifer. God was not Adam. None of us will ever become gods. So you see, on spiritual issues, we have almost nothing in common. I already worship God. I don’t need Joe Smith telling me how to do it. I am sure AMPU and others would be glad to help you get out of Mormonism, but if you keep pushing LDS, there isn’t much reason to carry on a conversation. You may take this information, and do whatever you want with it bro. 😁

Don't worry folks; as we do NOT have a mindreader in our midst; but a HEART reader!!

Perhaps he can tell us just what was in Joseph Smith's HEART when he wrote down these two ambiguous phrases here...

THE ARTICLES OF FAITH
OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS
History of the Church, Vol. 4, pp. 535—541

  1.

  2. We believe in the same organization that existed in the Primitive Church, namely, apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, evangelists, and so forth.
  3. We believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, revelation, visions, healing, interpretation of tongues, and so forth.

Unlike any other creature on the Earth, man speaks and in referring to our selves, we use the personal pronoun “I” in the expression of the “self” in relation or in opposition to other “SELVES”.

Christ is the expression of I AM(!) THAT I AM(!) in flesh and we were made in similar fashion...but the truth of how we are in God’s image lies not only in the physical but our internal being. What happens when some one asks us...””What is your name?” We reply if asked singularly..”I AM”. Our own self awareness and our own self consciousness and the possession of, indeed BEING a soul, are the essence that makes “Us”...”US’!(NOT JUST THE FINGERS AND TOES)

Yet those “personal” properties are yet pale reflections of the reality of HE who is “I AM(!)THAT I AM(!)” It is our inner beings that were 100 percent were made in God’s image and likeness. I am a small(i am). Yet before Abraham was, Christ “says” I AM(!) ( my choice of tenses here are chosen very deliberately )

Hmmm. It sounds like Mormons might be ripe for the false doctrine of the New Apostolic Reformation. It wouldn’t surprise me, if they fall for that too. 😁

And so forth? Are you kidding me? And so forth? How does one interpret that? Maybe we really DO need to know what was in the heart of Joe Smith. And so forth, could mean a whole bunch different evil things.

To clarify, when some one asks our name we reply....”I am such and such”. If we are asked, are you “such and such”...we reply “I am...” In those small simple ways, God who is I AM(!) THAT I AM(!) has displayed his own image, his likeness and glory thru us...

Yet very few there are,who will stop to consider how these everyday ways of BEING soulish beings really reflect being made in the image, but not just the image, but his LIKENESS* of The Living God!

That the WORD(!) that is God(!) became flesh and dwelt amongst us is, in consideration of the above, and of my daily self aware experience every day as a self,is simply humbling and mind boggling to me. It is a light that shines into my dark places and my instinct is to try and run from that light but I cannot! Self condemnation may rise for memories of past sins that were declared forgiven in my being but the Bible says that God is greater than my heart. There is no place I can run from his judgment or his love. There is no excuse I could make for my own prideful centerednesss; the absoluteness of HIS TRUTH simply melts that away.

And that is the essence of who we are as being made in the image and likeness of God, which was marred by our species’ sin in the garden. His purpose now is to make us into the likeness of Christ with his Spirit dwelling in us and renewing our inner men day by day, as Paul says, though our outermen perish.
. We are given power to become the sons of God, to as many of us that believe. And being sons of God, it doesn’t yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when HE(!)(Jesus, God in Flesh) shall appear, we shall be like him for we shall see him as he is.

*it is the “Likeness” of God that I am speaking of, not just the “image”. They are 2 different things.
