Jeb wasn’t a terrible governor, at least not that I knew of.
Remember Terri Schiavo? It doesn’t get much worse. They starved this poor woman to death! Can you imagine her poor parents being forced to watch their much loved daughter dying this slow death. These people are sick, and that includes Jeb IMHO.
