The Imperial Report, which everyone is reading, says we’ll have millions of US deaths in the next 18 months unless we crash our economy, basing its models on China (extrapolated, apparently).
So I suppose China (and Japan, and S Korea) need to assume a COVID resurgence is coming, so they better hurry and continue the collapse!!!
Let's corral it now and pray a vaccine/cure will be available before then.
