I guess my only ‘conspiracy’ thought is that this is an enhanced bioweapon, from the ChiComs.

Now....whether is was released on purpose, or accidentally, remains to be seen.

I’m certainly not believing that this is a global set up, to take out bad guys....or, good guys.
