We all need to relax - seriously. I’m not a flubro by any means. What is happening is bigger than all of us. Been spending a lot of attention to prepping, being careful, keeping informed, etc.
At some point, though, we have to take a step back
I had this conversation with my family today. Anxiety and stress are killers too.
I’ve been taking some down time each day - no TV or radio. Been cooking, gardening, taking a walk, reading, praying. Even (ugh) housecleaning.
Going to take some time tomorrow to clean out the clutter in the spare room.

The gardening is good too, cause it can provide food.
Otherwise, we've been doing much the same.
I also cleaned out my freezer and pressure canned some old venison and will be making some jam with a few bags of strawberries and currants I found. Better than letting them get freezer burned.
