Do the tissue cement themselves in the pipe like the paper towels do. I had no problem, personally, but I only used them once or twice.
I don’t know about “cement themselves.” But they clog the pipes. Times when I’ve had clogs and couldn’t flush, I have wrapped used toilet paper in about 10 plastic bags and put it in the trash. I’m sure everyone has had to do that, except the people who can bury it in the back yard.
