Agreed. The worst thing you can do to a home is put paper towels down the toilet. It works as a cement in the pipes.
Even tissues are not a good idea. “Old wives” knowledge from my childhood.
Maybe the plan is to not flush the paper towels :- /
But, to dispose of, by other means.
Kind of like they do in Mexico.
The Buc-ees stores, in TX, have to put up signs, en espanol, in their restrooms to please flush tp....and, NOT put it in the trash cans. Lots of buses from Mexico stop at Buc-ees.
