Sorry to hear that about your son!!! How can they deny proper PPE?
He has some, but not the level he needs. His job takes him through even some of the isolation wards. So, yes, he is in danger now and the boss had a meeting yesterday and apologized to the whole company.
I told my son he can quit anytime and come live with us. He says at least if he catches it, maybe he will become immune and help others. That made me cry. And so I am somewhere between worried and p*****d today.
Oh, to answer your question, there IS no PPE for anyone but healthcare workers available now
