I have opened old but sealed bottles and it was basically just salt water.
I want to look up hydrogen peroxide also.

H. Peroxide starts degrading about 6 weeks after you open it. Couple years shelf life. If it doesn’t fizz when you pour it around the bathroom sink drain lip, it’s done.
