I would never have any of those intrusive/invasive medical exams, least of all a biopsy. If a serious problem is suspected, a .44 projectile will end it promptly.
I figured out a good way to avoid the swab test (if it is given at a hospital) is to show up open carrying, since firearms are prohibited on the grounds. They would turn me away.
