Not to mention that these brothers clearing the shelves of sanitizer over a two state area very well may have made the panic worse. It is a well established fact that when a consumer sees shelves empty of a critical item, they will almost invariably buy more of it than necessary when they do find it - and that perpetuates the shortage - and hence panic.
I disagree. You are assuming people are generally good. Remember the titanic ? A noble male insisted in seating with the females in the last lifeboat? We do have our share of idiots and its your fault for assuming a vast amount of people would give a damn about “ fairness”
