I'm salary, I'm not going to be unemployed. The decision doesn't impact me. It does however impact people I know. They aren't going to go along.

As for me, I've been working from home three days a week for the past two years. The impact to me is that it takes longer to do my job due to people being harder to reach (we're all over-loaded.) Beyond that, the impact to me is minimal.

The impact to people I know and care about? That's another story.
