Who? State liquor stores? Big Beer companies?
Either of those will not help brewpubs or microbreweries. They are stuck with stock that will be going down the drain. Not that many people will be filling their growlers for St. Patrick’s Day.

Na. I’d guess micro brewers are probably screwed. The buyback is for liquor purchased in the last 30 days. They did say they were working on other mitigation programs. But haven’t specified.
