IMHO it’s the war against the globalist elites he is talking about, and since the evil fake media whipped everyone up into a spittle flying fever, he took severe action even though the covid 19 is really no big deal.

Also, Q has mentioned “Silent War” more than once, lately.
Silent until more is exposed, Barr will be testifying on March 31. Probably increasing drips here and there until that, and then whoosh!
