The rumor last week on Wall Street was that we were just a few days away from a bank holiday due to a lack of dollars to keep the global financial system lubricated. In other words it was 2008 all over again but on steroids.
This should work in the short term but will cause damage in the longer term.

That's not what the stock futures indexes are showing. They are currently limit down, indicating that traders think Trump is getting increasingly desperate to maintain the economy.
I, however, am ready to start buying.
