Mayor David Holt declares state of emergency for Oklahoma City amid coronavirus outbreak On Sunday, state Health Department officials announced that three more Oklahomans had tested positive for the COVID-19 coronavirus, increasing the state's total to seven. The three new cases were confirmed in Cleveland County, Payne County and Tulsa County.
