Their should be a full plan in place, soup to nuts, and it looks like that plan does not exist...
I would love to be proven wrong.
I think they have a plan that broke, they are adapting it meet the current needs.
If they pull it off if would be great. Watching VP Pence team now, they might be able to do it.
