Years ago when I lived in SoCal I had _one_ avocado tree. I brought buckets of them to share with folks at work and still had more of them than I could ever eat.

I hear people complaining about how fast they ripen and rot.
I want to tell them: You put them in a brown bag in the refrigerator. They ripen without rotting.
Don’t ask me why the bag has to be brown.
