How do you feel about her going on vacation when she’s been given 3 weeks to work from home? How do you feel about people in general taking a vacation when they are supposed to be working?

The answer to your first question was a no therefore your other questions dont apply. She usually works from home 2 days a week at a tech company. She has her own place and is very self sufficient.
