Imho Boris has been awful on handling the virus—he has gone straight into surrender mode.
There will be quarantines in places in London. It is going to happen, whether Boris wants it to or not.
But—he will have waited too long.
The British health system is going to crash and burn beyond anyone’s wildest dystopian imagination—and it will be no later than a May 1 event.
That is my gloom and doom opinion—but that is what the math says...
In real life and in modeled scenarios, governments always do the right thing about 1 or 1.5 incubation periods too late.
About two or three days ago (who can keep track?) Boris
went from braggadocio to stone cold sober. I think somebody
corrected all his happy talk about herd immunity and such.
