Hard to figure out who is dumber—the orgs giving out the food or the folks standing in line to get it...
What .gov should have done is run PSAs all over the place showing a middle aged person gasping for breath with tubes in them...
“This person ignored the social distancing message...you do not want this to happen to you.”
Then show the instruments flat-lining and docs and nurses racing into the room in a panic!

Someone should tweet that (those images) to the area news stations.
This is just absurd.
I could see packing boxes, then having an area where people could drive up, and open their (gross) trunks....kind of like curbside grocery pick up.
