Joe was not in control of himself during that conversation.
It was similar to when someone has drank way too much Red Bull or too many pots of caffinated coffee. He was jerky and jittery. Before Joe withdraws from the race, I fully expect him to take a swing at someone, right in front of the cameras.
Of course, the Main Stream Media would STILL be defending him, even then.

I have a shotgun…my sons hunt. Joe, with all of my sympathy, Beau died five years ago and Hunter, as a repeated drug addict, shouldn't be handling firearms.
