Agreed Pollard. Real people are not able to pay their bills.

I know you can’t pay your bills if you are dead or intubated. I agree that high risk individuals should mostly shelter.

I don’t agree that our entire economy should be destroyed.

I did well today. But taxi business here is down apparently 75 percent. Drivers can’t work because they can’t actually make anything. No conventions, no sports, no entertainment, half the work force
Staying home, all businesses cutting back - it’s destroying people. Way more than the virus ever would have destroyed the vast majority of them.

Their are degrees of destruction.

Societies, as expressed by government, are too slow to react, and too quick back to business when it comes to saving everybody in a pandemic.

It is the role of the king to find the balance.

We are going to lose some cherished members of our society. Because life must go on.
