That was pretty much our starting gun too. Watching them literally digging up the roads and dispatching the military to enforce the quarantine was a wakeup. Been watching the chicoms my whole life and never ever seen anything remotely like that before!
started to take stock of what we had and used that depended on China.
Got vitamins, etc all sorted.
Got small electronic things that we might not see again (for the prices we could get them for)
Got 2 new flip phones (smart phones are too spendy for us)
Got hubby the IPAD he’s been eyeing for a while.
started to stock up on winter coats, shoes, etc and other things either made in china or depend on things made in china (zippers, snaps, buttons, etc)
Started the grocery store runs/online ordering for staples and nonperishables
Bought seeds.
etc.
Made one last walmart and kroger run feb 25 and got another 30pk of TP and some more rice.
Haven’t been back since.

We got our medications in order for through the end of the year. That was in Janaury’February...bizzare to watch all this happening...
