When I was younger (much younger), I’d buy toilet paper 4 rolls at a time and just stop by the store more frequently to get it. The 4 roll pack fit perfectly into the cubby in my under sink cabinet at the time.

Then we moved to the country and the nearest store is 20 miles away so the ‘run by the store’ isn’t as simple.

And then there’s Katrina. Nice lady.

TP is cheap, normally. No reason anyone couldn’t work toward a 2 or 3 month supply for whatever reason. It might take 6m depending on your salary constraints. I understand space constraints but there’s under the bed, the top shelf you don’t use in the closet, etc. It’s really not THAT space intensive a thing to store, it doesn’t require refrigeration and it’s not heavy.

With no women in the house, that 4 roll pack you mentioned IS a 2-3 month supply.

:)

That said, I don’t see how any household would have adequate storage for a 2-3 month supply if there are even two women in the house.

Somebody ought to do a study...Where does it all go?
