I never said this, and certainly did not mean to imply it.
When a powerful entity (e.g., China) initiates a war against a powerful foe (e.g., the USA), there is no certainty except that there will be casualties on both sides, and possibly a winner at the end who achieves their greater goals.
FYI: Q is NOT AN OLD TESTAMENT PROPHET. He(they) are reading information--granted, better info than you and I have access to--and making judgement calls about what is to come. No one has complete control of the situation. Stop being so naive.
Does Trump have a plan? OF COURSE.
But again, we are talking about humans making judgements in the face of uncertainty.
