Perhaps their supply was tainted several times, and they were using nursing home patients as test lab rats to ensure their safety.

Even before this bizarre concentration of CV in the Kirkland nursing home, there have been cases of multiple mysterious deaths in nursing homes, some attributed to serial killers. Maybe it was just lab testing.

There is nothing mysterious about a concentration of deaths in a nursing home. Nursing home populations are usually old. Their health is fragile at best. Sadly, quite a few spend their days in bed. I'll let you figure out how those factor into higher death rates.

Sometimes, the "way out there" is just too damn out there.
