It pays to take the opportunity to visit family - they don’t last forever, unfortunately. Maybe a 2 or 3 day trip.
I regret not taking more time to see my parents over the years, after they moved to FL, and I, to TN. They are both since gone, leaving only the memories.
I agree. I was just up in Vancouver for a week to help him and Mom celebrate his 90th birthday on Valentine's Day. We're hoping to close on this house in two weeks, so I've got a lot of work to do before I can visit again.
