I have enough pine needles for everyone here and your families.

What kind of pine?

I checked some of the links, good news for the eastern states, not so good for the west.

White Pines, Long Leaf Pine, and Loblolly seem to be of the safe side. Fir and Spruce varieties seem to be among the safe pines for tea.

Ponderosa and Lodgepole Pines are toxic, Yew (looks similar to fir needles), as well as lots of the ornamentals.

I didn't find a link with a clear list of good and bad.
