My doctor actually recommended this to me years ago. Haven’t had a sinus infection since. Not one to do the netti pot myself. My store was out yesterday. Think word is getting around.
Only trouble with the spray is I don’t know if it produces enough volume to wash the nasal passages. I don’t use the neti pot, I use the squeeze bottle, but same principle. BTW, you can make your own solution, the formula is just a certain combination of baking soda and salt, to get the pH right, so it doesn’t burn.
