Check the CDC Fluview map. I’ve been feeling very sick, then DH got it yesterday, and I found that most states have very high rates of flu going around, my state included. In fact more than last week.

Thank you. I did. It's interesting to watch the week-by-week animation for this and previous years. Some years flu is practically over by February, other years it lingers into August. Last year it was mostly done by mid-May. It will be interesting to see what happens this year.
I called my 90-year-old dad yesterday. Since I had last talked with him 10 days ago, he had had the flu, and had basically recovered. He didn't seem to be at all concerned about coronavirus, and was wondering when I was going to get on a plane to come visit him. (With $90 fares between Phoenix and Vancouver, it's tempting, but I'm still clearing out our Tempe house to sell it.)
