If you drink water a lot, and gargle with warm water, salt, and vinegar, it will eliminate the virus, before it can reach the lungs.
I make a large cup of tea, 20 oz, with one oz of vinegar, and 1 oz of honey. Good stuff.

I've had a similar experience with colloidal silver for a recurring bacterial infection. Silver was widely used before the advent of penicillin to treat a variety of microbial infections. I often get poopoo'd for suggesting my family give it a try. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I am going to try once again to convince my kids to have some on hand.
Another good tea is citrus peel tea, specifcially lemon and/or lime, orange okay too. Must be organic peels. Slice very thin and simmer with lid on for 10 minutes or so. Very highly anti-microbial of all kinds of microbes. Add other stuff to taste/or for benefits (ginger, pepper, honey, and someone mentioned vinegar).
