I didn't know about it, so I need to do some research on making pine needle tea. I like the News Blasts because there are always things in them I haven't read about anywhere else. You're welcome!

pine needle tea. Long needle variety, make sure it isn't a yew tree or it will be a short cup. Boil water steep needles, Longer the steep the 'richer' the brew. Warning, lots of Vit C, boatload of caffeine, a lot.
