Food Lion TP shelves are rather skinny in my town. So are the shelves with the disinfecting stuff (Lysol, Clorox). By luck, I was able to pick up a 3-pack of disinfecting wipes (Clorox) that were just stocked — on my last major prep run. If I waited until tomorrow, I think I would see empty shelves everywhere, thanks to the pandemic declaration* combined with Trump’s Oval Office speech. Yes, Trump was reassuring, but some people will see that as more reason to panic.
*Yes, I know pandemic isn’t some massive change — just acknowledging reality, but said term could still be a panic buzzword.
People need to think about cough medicine,a thermometer , Tylenol, and soup. The TP thing is weird. I’m stocked with coffee. So I’m good.
