It should be.

If you overwhelm a hospital with stroke, heart attack or accident patients the hospital health care workers don't go home with those symptoms.

If you overwhelm the hospital with contagious flu or contagious corona virus you can infect a lot of the hospital help, making them unable to go to work to help the patients. -Tom
