“The molester may go to jail for violating the terms of his parole. But by assaulting the molester, the father is now just as much as in the wrong. While the internet for the most part is cheering him on, this could backfire on him. He could lose his freedom, and/or his home and every penny he’s got if the molester decides to sue as well as press charges (I wonder whose property hes sitting on while getting hit by the girls father). From a legal standpoint, the father of the girl has just opened a can of worms on himself.”
I thought of all of this too.
From what I can tell this molester has been doing this for some time, the talking to the children part. Seems he won’t leave the girls along and always tries to talk with them. Plus that was his MO in the past, he would start talking to them and that is how he would start to groom them. Don’t know if the dad had complained to the police or not but the guy is still out there doing it for dad to up and do this.
A few years ago in the Texas Hill Country a Father caught a Mexican Ranch hand with the Ranchers young Daughter in the hay barn attempting to rape Her. Daddy beat the Mexican to death right there. No charges were even filed on the Father.
