Or just put the money in a bag and let sit for two weeks.

A question on the two weeks. Is there information that COVID-19 can survive for up to two weeks on a fomite?

5 days on fomites and possibly longer is all I have seen for CoVid 19 survival. But on paper its supposedly less. You might try putting a humidity lowering packet in there and seal it. Could get by with a week then I guess. But might as well worry about bacteria too. We will see many secondary bacterials due to pnuemonia.

AFAIK, the maximum time CoVid-19 has been found to survive on a non-living object is nine days. I suspect there are exceptions.
