If the temp monitor touches the foreheads, they are spreaders.

Maybe even if the ‘testee’ breathes on it.

We have no clue how to really shut down viral transmission wrt movement.

Clearly ‘no travel’ for a cpl incubation periods is the only real answer.

There are forehead temp sensors that take the reading a couple inches from your forehead. No contact. Take mine three times a day. Have been running slightly cold past few days. -0.5 f off average.
