re: forced to follow - not true. There are international laws that prevent nations from cutting each other off except under certain conditions. So, rather than the govt doing it, the govt ‘encourages’ the airlines to do it for them. To get around said UN/WHO law.

The thing is, if they’re ‘crashing at the ER’ then they’re not following the instructions they were given when they arrived - to call the ER first, and follow instructions, that every state, tv station and newspaper has published - if you come back from an infected area self-quarantine for 14 days.
