One site says the test only works for people that show symptoms, but there have been numerous articles on positive tests with people that don't show symptoms - but are linked to people that got sick by them.
There was a post from some official pamphlet that said “only people that are showing symptoms can spread the virus”!! It is really unbelievable the amount of miss-information out there.
The above statement is on par with the online advice that drinking rubbing alcohol will kill the virus. Although I guess in a sense that is true. I read where numerous Russians HAVE drank rubbing alcohol and killed themselves. (I'm guessing that the virus dies with them?)
I don’t think they’ve figured out when pre-symptom shedding starts but it’s pretty prolific during symptoms and a bit afterward, too. But most are saying that symptoms begin abt 5 days after exposure. So I guess there’d be shedding by then, right?!
You’d think Russians, of all people, would have enough sense to not drink rubbing alcohol. Something like 17 Iranians killed themselves doing that, too. Sad people are that uneducated.
