I noticed on the CDC state by state spreadsheet, they only list ranges of cases. 1-5, 5-25, 25-50, 50-100, 100+. Why would they purposely switch from actual number of cases to a vague range? Transparency my foot.
The reason is that the administration/FDA is allowing states to use their own tests, either their health departments or private. So I suspect that the CDC simply can’t be bothered with counting since it’s not “their” test.
