I have been beating up on .gov officials mercilessly, but the thought never even occurred to me that they didn’t have “a comprehensive plan for cities” yet.

I figured we had contingency plans for just about every imaginable scenario. I thought that was one of the main reasons we have a CDC.

Ask the Pentagon if they have a plan to deal with a bio-attack, an EMP attack,or even a nuclear attack on the American people.

They don't.

Then ask them if they have a plan to deal with a person who says something mean about a transgender... They do. That they've got covered.
