WHO has been a disaster. Worthless waste of money.
I hate - HATE - to say this, but Cuomo here in New York has been looking really on top of this over the last few days. I disagree with nearly every word the man says in most circumstances, but he’s started to be a strong administrator on this. At least for the last few days.

Cuomo looks like the dog who caught the UPS truck.
And he may have caught the virus too, from the Port Authority guy.
